Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing life sciences organization, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage the candidate side of recruitment processes, focusing on sophisticated headhunting campaigns and engaging exceptional talent remotely over a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Running sophisticated headhunting campaigns and managing multiple live searches simultaneously
• Conducting high-quality video screening and assessment calls to evaluate candidates' transferable skills
• Building talent maps and preparing candidates through the interview process while managing feedback and negotiations

Required qualifications

• Approximately five or more years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within life sciences
• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting capability with advanced Boolean and LinkedIn search skills
• Proven experience engaging passive candidates and conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Ability to manage multiple searches in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
