Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Scheduling (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage candidate interview schedules and travel accommodations
- Serve as the subject matter expert for interview scheduling processes and procedures
- Generate and analyze reports on interview scheduling metrics to identify trends and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or interview scheduling
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
