Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Scheduling (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage candidate interview schedules and travel accommodations
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for interview scheduling processes and procedures
  • Generate and analyze reports on interview scheduling metrics to identify trends and improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or interview scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
