Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Temporary, 6-month term).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct critical job searches for various teams, managing the process from kick-off to close
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to enable informed decision-making
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong interest in building inclusive and equitable hiring processes
  • Experience hiring for G&A roles (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting in-house is strongly preferred
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment
