Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Temporary, 6-month term).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct critical job searches for various teams, managing the process from kick-off to close
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to enable informed decision-making
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong interest in building inclusive and equitable hiring processes
- Experience hiring for G&A roles (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) is a plus
- Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting in-house is strongly preferred
- Motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment
