Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Sr Recruiters in a high-volume talent acquisition environment
  • Collaborate with business and HR partners to address hiring needs and initiatives
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for complex roles and enhance the recruiting experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • 3 or more years of leadership experience managing a Talent Acquisition team
  • 2 or more years of experience supporting senior leadership
  • 2 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Must reside in the central or western US
