Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery for Product Management and Engineering roles
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, influencing hiring priorities and workforce plans
  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to support growth and future-critical capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Product Management and Engineering
  • Expert-level knowledge across multiple recruiting domains, including technical sourcing and employer branding
  • Proven ability to identify and engage high-caliber technical and product talent
  • Experience designing scalable recruiting methodologies and playbooks
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
