Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sales, Marketing, G&A (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM and G&A leaders to define hiring needs and build diverse talent pipelines
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of talent acquisition partners to meet regional hiring goals
  • Utilize data and recruiting metrics to optimize processes and report on hiring impact to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the software/tech industry, with expertise in GTM roles
  • 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven ability to advise senior leadership on talent planning and market trends
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and systems, particularly GEM CRM / ATS
  • Experience managing talent acquisition strategies across North America and LATAM
