Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver effective recruitment for store positions across North America
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategies and market trends
• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in high-volume retail recruitment and scalable hiring strategies
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment analytics
• Experience in developing and leading diverse teams
