- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategies and market trends
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in high-volume retail recruitment and scalable hiring strategies
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment analytics
- Experience in developing and leading diverse teams
