Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on recruiting for priority roles while leading the talent acquisition function
- Design and execute a full-cycle recruiting strategy to meet hiring needs across key departments
- Overhaul recruiting processes and systems, implementing metrics-driven standards and technology improvements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting
- Experience leading process or systems improvements in a recruiting function
- People leadership experience preferred, but strong individual contributors are also considered
- Experience in revenue-facing functions, preferably in the auto finance or financial services industry
- Proficiency with recruiting technology, including Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn
