Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hands-on recruiting for priority roles while leading the talent acquisition function
  • Design and execute a full-cycle recruiting strategy to meet hiring needs across key departments
  • Overhaul recruiting processes and systems, implementing metrics-driven standards and technology improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience leading process or systems improvements in a recruiting function
  • People leadership experience preferred, but strong individual contributors are also considered
  • Experience in revenue-facing functions, preferably in the auto finance or financial services industry
  • Proficiency with recruiting technology, including Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn
