Job Summary
Leading Talent Acquisition strategy in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will shape recruiting processes, develop a high-performing team, and influence workforce strategies to support organizational growth and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Build authentic partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and talent priorities
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Champion an AI-driven, data-centric approach to Talent Acquisition, leveraging technology to improve outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams
- Demonstrated success in both corporate and field hiring
- Mandatory experience with Workday Recruiting
- Strong experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decisions
