Key responsibilities

• Build authentic partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and talent priorities
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Champion an AI-driven, data-centric approach to Talent Acquisition, leveraging technology to improve outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams
• Demonstrated success in both corporate and field hiring
• Mandatory experience with Workday Recruiting
• Strong experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decisions
