Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and hands-on recruiting support, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition function, manage a recruiting team, and ensure hiring goals are met during a critical growth period.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop the recruiting team while monitoring performance and executing recruiting strategies
  • Personally handle critical and hard-to-fill positions, developing sourcing strategies and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Partner with business leaders to assess candidates and ensure effective decision-making across domestic and international hiring efforts
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven success in leading recruiting teams and achieving hiring goals and KPIs
  • Strong expertise in recruiting for Product Management, Product Design, UX/UI, and related functions
  • Experience in hiring across North America and Europe
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
