Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of recruiting initiatives, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will build a world-class talent acquisition function, leveraging AI-driven insights and Workday Recruiting to enhance candidate experiences and support organizational growth in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while fostering inclusive hiring practices
• Continuously evaluate and innovate recruiting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent planning and workforce strategies

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on both corporate and field hiring
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams
• Mandatory experience with Workday Recruiting and implementing AI-enabled recruiting practices
• Strong proficiency in using recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision-making
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
