Job Summary
To support the operational foundation of the Talent Acquisition organization, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Partner will manage recruiting technology, analytics, and process improvements while working remotely in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize recruiting technology stack and operational processes
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports to provide insights into hiring metrics
- Design scalable recruiting programs and processes to enhance team effectiveness and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a related operational role
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
- Strong operational and project management skills with experience in process design
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
