Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (6-Month Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment process for technical roles across Brazil and the EU, ensuring effective talent acquisition
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent, including Software Engineers and Data Scientists
- Provide strategic advice to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services
- Track record of meeting ambitious TA KPIs and ensuring cultural alignment in placements
- Experience managing relationships with outside recruiting agencies
- Strong international mindset with experience supporting hiring in Brazil and the EU
- Methodical and efficient in managing complex recruitment processes
