Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, this remote position will manage full-cycle recruiting across various technical and corporate functions while collaborating with hiring managers to enhance interview processes and build Imubit's employer brand.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding for diverse roles across the US and internationally
- Partner with hiring managers to design and implement structured interview processes and training
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in niche markets related to industrial software and AI/ML
Required qualifications
- College degree preferred; BSc in Engineering highly desired
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in enterprise software, industrial software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Strong outbound sourcing skills with a creative and persistent approach
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in Greenhouse or a comparable ATS
