Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in B2B SaaS technology or medical device industries, or a Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience
- Proven experience in corporate startup environments with a focus on healthcare, oncology, and SaaS talent
- Expertise in managing the full recruiting lifecycle and proficiency with Lever ATS and other sourcing tools
- Strong background in compensation analysis and competitive salary recommendations
- Deep understanding of interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies
