Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and develop creative sourcing strategies for critical positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in B2B SaaS technology or medical device industries, or a Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience
• Proven experience in corporate startup environments with a focus on healthcare, oncology, and SaaS talent
• Expertise in managing the full recruiting lifecycle and proficiency with Lever ATS and other sourcing tools
• Strong background in compensation analysis and competitive salary recommendations
• Deep understanding of interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies
