Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sourcing and hiring for complex technical roles, including software engineering and IT positions
  • Expert knowledge of global recruitment practices and labor laws, particularly in the tech sector
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems and technical sourcing tools
