Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified technical candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical skill requirements and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in a global environment
- Extensive experience in sourcing and hiring for complex technical roles, including software engineering and IT positions
- Expert knowledge of global recruitment practices and labor laws, particularly in the tech sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems and technical sourcing tools
