Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition to preboarding, focusing on sourcing and hiring technical talent globally
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified technical candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical skill requirements and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in a global environment
• Extensive experience in sourcing and hiring for complex technical roles, including software engineering and IT positions
• Expert knowledge of global recruitment practices and labor laws, particularly in the tech sector
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems and technical sourcing tools
