- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet complex technical talent needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, managing candidate pipelines and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)
