Key Responsibilities
  • Address significant talent acquisition challenges and drive successful recruitment outcomes
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet complex technical talent needs
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, managing candidate pipelines and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)
