Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior and technical roles
- Experience advising and influencing hiring leaders and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive talent using modern platforms
- Proven success managing complex hiring strategies, including vendor partnerships
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
