Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior and technical roles
  • Experience advising and influencing hiring leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive talent using modern platforms
  • Proven success managing complex hiring strategies, including vendor partnerships
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
