Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Four years of experience in full-cycle client-facing recruiting in a healthcare environment
- Ability to assess talent against position requirements
- Experience managing high volume and multiple projects with urgency
- Strong partnership-building skills across organizational boundaries
