Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Four years of experience in full-cycle client-facing recruiting in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to assess talent against position requirements
  • Experience managing high volume and multiple projects with urgency
  • Strong partnership-building skills across organizational boundaries
