Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Expert-level sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean techniques
- Proven success in accessing challenging talent markets like crypto and AI/ML
- Ability to create structured, evidence-based hiring strategies and decision-making processes
- Strong data fluency to utilize metrics and market intelligence in shaping recruitment strategies
