Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and build a recruiting engine for their Go-To-Market organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering roles
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish recruiting processes and best practices
  • Source and engage passive talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth tech startup
  • Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring, particularly in Sales and Revenue roles
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and set up processes
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern AI recruiting tools
  • Previous experience in a startup environment
