Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Shape sourcing strategy and provide talent market insights to leadership
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers and guide hiring processes to ensure quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house for sales, marketing, or customer success roles
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within relevant ecosystems
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience communicating equity compensation to candidates
