Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Shape sourcing strategy and provide talent market insights to leadership
- Build partnerships with hiring managers and guide hiring processes to ensure quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house for sales, marketing, or customer success roles
- Experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within relevant ecosystems
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships
- Experience communicating equity compensation to candidates
