Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team and support the recruitment of top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the U.S., including GTM and Engineering roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a cybersecurity startup or tech environment
  • Proven success in recruiting for both technical and GTM roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
  • Experience with recruiting systems and data analysis
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
