Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop customized hiring strategies for technical roles in InfoSec and Enterprise AI
- Build sourcing pipelines for high-impact technical talent and manage the interview process
- Deliver data-driven insights and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in Cybersecurity or Enterprise AI
- Proven success in recruiting for highly technical domains
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment
- Background in both corporate and agency settings, ideally in a technology company
- Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and technical stakeholders
