Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support its CIO organization with a focus on Information Security and Enterprise AI hiring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop customized hiring strategies for technical roles in InfoSec and Enterprise AI
  • Build sourcing pipelines for high-impact technical talent and manage the interview process
  • Deliver data-driven insights and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in Cybersecurity or Enterprise AI
  • Proven success in recruiting for highly technical domains
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment
  • Background in both corporate and agency settings, ideally in a technology company
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and technical stakeholders
