Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles
- 5+ years of experience hiring technical talent in fast-growing startups
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Expertise with sourcing tools and a data-driven approach to recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
