Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles
  • 5+ years of experience hiring technical talent in fast-growing startups
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute creative sourcing strategies
  • Expertise with sourcing tools and a data-driven approach to recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
