Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruiting across assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs and set realistic timelines
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and develop hiring strategies to support business growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Experience hiring for global teams across multiple time zones
• Hands-on experience with recruiting systems and tools
• Proven ability to source and hire passive talent using various techniques and networks
