Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner--Commercial/Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full life cycle recruitment and placement activities for various positions
• Support hiring managers with talent selection, pre-employment screening, and onboarding processes
• Monitor and report on staffing needs, turnover, and other talent acquisition-related metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Preferred experience with Oracle HR information Systems and ATS
• Strong knowledge of relevant recruiting and employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
