Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People & Talent Lead to oversee recruitment and strategic talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-performing talent
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Serve as DEIB lead and facilitate employee engagement activities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience managing high-volume and specialized hiring in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Demonstrated success in developing diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment across multiple time zones
