Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process for various roles across regional and corporate locations
• Collaborate with department managers to draft job advertisements and identify hiring criteria
• Lead new hire onboarding and maintain talent pools of clinical and administrative candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and hiring processes, preferably in corporate or healthcare settings
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services for remote work
• Familiarity with laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or related software
