Required Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting experience in Life Sciences (biotech, diagnostics, pharma, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the US talent market and biotech hiring trends
• Experience hiring for scientific and technical roles, including R&D and engineering
• Proven ability to source niche scientific talent through advanced search techniques
