Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic partner in identifying technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies
- Serve as an advisor to hiring managers to define roles and ideal candidate profiles, pushing back on unrealistic requirements
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Technically fluent with the ability to engage in conversations about software development concepts
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to find passive talent
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-touch candidates simultaneously and drive high offer-acceptance rates
