Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner-2 to manage complex talent acquisition assignments and partner with hiring leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized and senior-level roles
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and ensure alignment with company standards
- Build passive candidate pipelines and analyze market trends for talent attraction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
- 4-7 years of recruiting experience with success in filling mid- and senior-level roles
- Experience in high-growth or specialized industries preferred
- Experience mentoring junior recruiting staff preferred
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Recruiter are a plus
