Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized and senior-level roles
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and ensure alignment with company standards
  • Build passive candidate pipelines and analyze market trends for talent attraction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred
  • 4-7 years of recruiting experience with success in filling mid- and senior-level roles
  • Experience in high-growth or specialized industries preferred
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiting staff preferred
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Recruiter are a plus
