Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (required); Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred)
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Specialization in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics
- Proficiency with AI-powered recruitment tools and advanced sourcing techniques
- Expertise in negotiation and closing techniques
