Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS with a strong track record of closing senior-level technical talent
  • Proven ability to fill complex roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud/DevOps, Product, and UX within forecasted timelines
  • Experience in sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines from scratch
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to improve recruiting outcomes
  • Ability to operate under pressure while maintaining candidate quality and experience
