Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS with a strong track record of closing senior-level technical talent
- Proven ability to fill complex roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud/DevOps, Product, and UX within forecasted timelines
- Experience in sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines from scratch
- Demonstrated experience using AI to improve recruiting outcomes
- Ability to operate under pressure while maintaining candidate quality and experience
