Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruiting operations and support People Ops tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and manage candidate workflows
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and manage job postings
  • Support People Ops tasks, including maintaining employee data and coordinating team-building activities
Required Qualifications
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in recruiting operations or People Ops with a focus on recruiting
  • Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Lever
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers on effective hiring processes
  • Experience using AI tools or automation in recruiting workflows
  • Proactive and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
