Qualifications
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech environment
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions simultaneously
- Experience using an ATS (e.g., Rippling)
- Familiarity with structured interviewing and competency-based evaluation
- Flexibility to work across time zones with global teams
