Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles across global markets, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with hiring managers to enhance talent pipelines, improve employer branding, and drive exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level roles across AMER, EMEA, and APAC while managing multiple searches with a focus on quality
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to strengthen passive talent pipelines and improve candidate quality
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and drive efficient, structured hiring processes
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles in global markets
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering, technical, product, revenue, G&A, and executive roles
  • Ability to build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-quality talent pipelines
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to improve recruiting performance
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration with global stakeholders
