Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles across global markets, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with hiring managers to enhance talent pipelines, improve employer branding, and drive exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level roles across AMER, EMEA, and APAC while managing multiple searches with a focus on quality
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to strengthen passive talent pipelines and improve candidate quality
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and drive efficient, structured hiring processes
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles in global markets
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, technical, product, revenue, G&A, and executive roles
- Ability to build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-quality talent pipelines
- Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to improve recruiting performance
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration with global stakeholders
