Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for Technical Sales and related positions, collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify top-tier candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize recruitment tools to actively source, identify, and pre-qualify candidates for priority positions
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct HR phone interviews, collaborating with the Recruitment Coordinator on scheduling interviews
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information and create pipelines of candidates for future hiring needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record in candidate selection best practices, including sourcing and closing candidates
- Experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent
- Knowledge of ATS and web-based recruiting tools, including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
