Job Summary
To support the transportation sector, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruiting life cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, and build relationships with candidate communities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for technical roles, particularly in the AEC industry
- Provide strategic insights and metrics to measure recruitment success and enhance the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Eight or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting, specifically for technical positions
- Previous recruiting experience in the AEC industry, focusing on Transportation, is preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS, with experience in UKG and iCMS strongly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of EEO legislation and staffing laws related to recruitment
