Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, the successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Go-to-Market teams across the US and EMEA, collaborating with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop interview processes
  • Proactively source passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs
Required qualifications
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting, particularly for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles
  • Exceptional outbound sourcing skills with a strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and provide consultative guidance
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform decision-making
