Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, the successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Go-to-Market teams across the US and EMEA, collaborating with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop interview processes
- Proactively source passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs
Required qualifications
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting, particularly for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles
- Exceptional outbound sourcing skills with a strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and provide consultative guidance
- A data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform decision-making
