Job Summary

Focused on delivering strategic recruitment support, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage a diverse portfolio of open positions, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and providing guidance to hiring managers, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates, ensuring an inclusive and positive recruitment process
  • Advise on the end-to-end recruitment process, managing complex offer negotiations and providing insights to stakeholders
  • Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes and track key performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
  • 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience in the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries
