Job Summary

Proactively driving global talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment for business and technical roles, partner with hiring managers to define strategies, and optimize hiring outcomes through data-driven insights in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across business and technical roles while partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles across various markets
  • Utilize recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring effectiveness while supporting employer branding initiatives
Required qualifications
  • University degree with 4-6 years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience hiring across business functions and exposure to technical recruitment
  • Strong recruiting experience in the DACH market, with additional experience in the UK, France, Spain, Latam, or the US being a plus
  • Proven track record in proactive sourcing and generating hires through outreach
  • Extensive experience with ATS and recruitment technology, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby
