Job Summary
To lead and shape recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will drive strategic talent initiatives, mentor talent acquisition partners, and conduct high-level sourcing to attract targeted candidates while partnering with HR and hiring managers on critical hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop a long-term strategic hiring plan
- Serve as a key advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Lead complex offer negotiations for executive-level healthcare positions and develop long-term talent pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; High School diploma with seven years of relevant experience may substitute
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience required
- Specialization in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics
- Proficiency with AI-powered recruitment tools and advanced sourcing techniques
- Expertise in negotiation and closing techniques for high-value candidates
