Job Summary

To elevate talent acquisition strategies in Australia, the temporary Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will design scalable sourcing systems, partner with senior leaders to understand talent needs, and manage a high-touch interview process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop customized hiring strategies based on evolving talent needs
  • Build robust sourcing pipelines for high-impact technical talent and manage the interview process in collaboration with the global Talent Acquisition team
  • Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and ensure compliance with hiring policies
Required qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-performance environments
  • Deep fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Experience in building sourcing automations and AI-driven workflows
  • Proven ability to influence leadership with a consultative, data-informed approach to hiring
  • Familiarity with assessment design and structured evaluation for technical roles
