Job Summary

Partnering with designated client groups, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver strategic recruitment support, manage a diverse portfolio of open positions, and provide insights on market trends and best practices while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates, ensuring an inclusive and positive recruitment experience
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex roles
• Leverage recruitment data to optimize processes and lead negotiations on complex offers with candidates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
• Consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries
• Experience recruiting specialized roles for the Quebec province
• Fluent in French
