Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage 15-20 open requisitions for complex positions in PACE centers and Central Operations while partnering with stakeholders to develop talent strategies that align with organizational needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Clinical, IDT, and Corporate positions with measurable success
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to attract active and passive talent
  • Partner with People Operations and TA Leadership to build staffing strategies and provide market insights to hiring managers
Required qualifications
  • 6-9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high requisition load across multiple job families
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Experience collaborating closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and hiring leaders
