Job Summary
To support recruitment efforts in the healthcare industry, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring Membership Sales candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support by attracting and sourcing qualified candidates for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on effective recruitment strategies
- Promote job postings and manage candidate screening processes to align candidates with organizational culture and values
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Five years of recruiting or related experience required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as ICIMS and Workday
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
