Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and ownership-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to work remotely in a full-time capacity, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various teams and regions including LATAM, the US, Canada, and EMEA, while influencing hiring strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kick-off to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure top talent
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and challenge the status quo to enhance hiring outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience hiring across multiple regions, particularly LATAM, the US, Canada, and EMEA
- Proven track record in recruiting for Marketing, Sales, Product, and People functions
- Strong sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean search and proactive outreach
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
