Job Summary
Managing a diverse portfolio of requisitions, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will provide strategic recruitment support throughout the hiring lifecycle, partnering with client groups to attract and secure high-quality candidates in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and assessing candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance on market trends and compensation
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive operational excellence and optimize hiring outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting within the Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automation sectors
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for complex roles, including Automation Engineers and Manufacturing Leadership
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating recruitment data and trends
