Job Summary
Partnering with designated client groups, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver strategic recruitment support, manage a diverse portfolio of open positions, and utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates while ensuring an inclusive recruitment process
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex roles
- Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes and track key performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
- 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience in the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries
- 2+ years of experience sourcing talent for niche roles in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Systems or Systems Integration
- Strong knowledge of market trends and talent acquisition best practices
- Proficiency in using TA tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems and talent insights tools
